FOR INSTANCE:- If you have been breathalysed and apparently over the limit does this
equal an automatic ban?:- Have you been involved in an accident and the police say you were driving
without due care and attention, does that mean they are automatically
right and you are wrong and points will follow or even worse a ban?:- Had a minor bump that you didn’t even know had happened until you
get a knock on your door, does this means you are guilty of careless driving,
failing to stop after an accident and failing to report it?:- You have driven your employers car and he wasn’t insured, does
that mean that you are automatically guilty and there will be points on
your licence?:- David Jones was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 1975. He has been appearing in Magistrates Courts ever since.
